The River School's RiverWalk 2022

This all-school event is Sunday, May 15! The River School's RiverWalk and the Spring Picnic bring together the school community at the Carderock Recreation Area Pavillion.

Jill Bailey Chenet's RiverWalk is a community building event and fundraiser for the Jill Bailey Chenet Scholarship Fund.  Jill was a gifted, dedicated teacher at River and dearly loved by her students. Her commitment and spirit are at the heart of The River School reminding us everyday to celebrate life.

10:30 am - RiverWalk

It is up to you if you would like to do a walk either before or after the Spring Picnic along the Towpath or other trail. 

 

 

The Spring Picnic includes a catered lunch, watermelon, and gelato as well as arm painting, balloon artists and lawn games. Feel free to attend the picnic even if you can't make it to RiverWalk!
