Wade. This decision set into place a trigger law, that went into effect August 25, 2022, making abortion illegal in Texas. Hi I'm Jane thanks for funding my walk. The money you donate provides free resources to women facing crisis pregnancies. As an ultrasound provider on the big blue bus, I see everyday the terrifying position that these women are in. The free resources that we provide, pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, classes baby items and more, give these women the hope they need to continue on with their pregnancies. There is nothing like seeing a woman's face the first time she sees her baby on the ultrasound screen and here's the heartbeat. To watch that fear in her face turn into joy and love is an amazing experience and I am so blessed to be able to witness that everyday. But without your help we won't be able to provide these free resources to women. Your donation literally goes to saving a life by helping a mom in need.

Use a Pro-Life theme for your Sidewalk Chalk Drawing. Suggested themes will be provided or you can create your own.Signup at Chalk Booth as an individual or group to be part of the contest.Each entry will be assigned similar sized ‘designed’ sidewalk area on church grounds. When finished, return to booth with completed entry form and remaining chalk. Chalk drawing must be completed by 10am to be judged. Winners announced about 10:15am. +++++++++++++++St Max Walk for LifeThe Toddler TrotBoston has its Marathon. Kentucky has its Derby. And St Max has The Toddler Trot! However, the Trot is vastly different from any other championship race. This race is for babies, 2 years and under. And this race is not to see who is the fastest, but who is the cutest, most precious, adorable kid in the whole world. Be there for the Walk for Life at St Max on September 30th for the Toddler Trot. Gather at 9:55, race starts at 10am. Bring your cameras. It’s going to be epic! Who: Any toddler 2 years and under.What: A race, but not really. It’s only 10 yards long and nobody cares who wins.Where: St Max – in the event parking lot.When: 9:55am line-up; 10:00am start.Why: To celebrate babies. St. Maximilian Church will be hosting our own Satellite Run & Walk for Life at our church campus, 10135 West Road, 77064. It will also be held on Saturday, September 30th. We invite you to walk/run, donate, and share in the fun. You can walk/run any time between 7:30-10:30 am. Bring the family, friends and neighbors! All proceeds benefit the good work at the Houston Coalition for Life. Prayer of Thanks for God’s GiftFather, Giver of Life, thank You for the gift of my child. You have blessed me with an extension of my life in the body of this little one. You are truly good. Your word says that children are a heritage from You and that the fruit of the womb is Your reward. Lord God, I praise Your almighty name and thank You for this new life. I celebrate my beautiful new baby, lifting Your name up high. Be honored and have joy in knowing that I am Your faithful servant and will raise my son to know and obediently follow You. Amen.
