Hello! I am participating in Houston Coalition for Life's Annual Run/Walk for Life on Saturday, September 30th! I am helping raise funds that support the free services provided by Houston Coalition for Life's Blue Blossom Pregnancy Centers including Big Blue, Baby Blue, Little One, their newest addition — Little Two, and their main office. All of HCL's pregnancy centers provide women in crisis pregnancies with FREE life-affirming services like pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, confidential counseling, classes, baby items, and referrals to resources that she may need. On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. This decision set into place a trigger law, that went into effect August 25, 2022, making abortion illegal in Texas. While there is now legal protection for the preborn in our state and many others, unfortunately, women are continuing to find themselves in crisis pregnancies and many are still seeking abortion. Because of the loving encouragement expecting moms receive, 93% of the women served by HCL choose LIFE for their preborn babies!

Recently I was at the library with my 3 yr old grandson. As we got on the freeway to go home, I noticed a piece of paper tucked under the wiper blade flapping in wind. I thought to myself, "Geez, did someone hit me in the parking lot?" When I got home, I took the note and read it. It wasn't what I thought. Someone was commenting on the bumper sticker we have on our car which reads, "Take my hand, not my Life." It's the exact same sign as the billboard that stood for years on I-45, just south of Planned Parenthood and clearly seen when entering the client parking lot from the north. The note basically said, 'why don't you take care of the babies that are here already." If I could have talked to this person, I would have liked to have said, 'Let's do both. Let's save babies from abortion and help moms to take care of them.' That's what the Houston Coalition for Life does, and that's why I'm walking to fundraise. To support HCL in their efforts to LOVE THEM BOTH!Saturday, September 30th is the Houston Coalition for Life's Annual Run/Walk for Life. We are fundraising for Houston Coalition for Life's Run/Walk for Life on September 30th to support the FREE services they provide to women in crisis pregnancies.Funds specifically support their five Blue Blossom Pregnancy Centers to save moms and babies from the horror of abortion. Since their Big Blue Bus was launched in 2011, more than 15,000 babies have been saved! I hope you will join us in supporting their live-saving mission!
Our Savior Lutheran is dedicated to supporting the Blue Blossom Pregnancy Centers who supply mothers in need with free services like free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, classes, and material support.Women often end up choosing abortion because our current culture of death makes them believe that she is alone in her unplanned pregnancy. When women are supported by their communities, she chooses life.Houston Coalition for Life is on the frontlines outside former abortion facilities with their mobile pregnancy centers, and 93% of women they serve CHOOSE LIFE!Help us support this life-saving ministry and bring Houston BACK TO LIFE!
