Our innovative, effective programs combine the power of one-on-one mentoring, community-building workshops, and opportunities to connect to help women identify and work toward their goals in education, career, and life. 60% of our mentees are ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) who benefit greatly from the access to connections, group encouragement, and knowledge-based workshops in addition to the one-on-one support of their mentors.
