Here at the Academic Literacies Center, we strive to create an environment that encourages participation, acceptance, and a willingness to ask questions. Our center provides students with academic support so they can be successful in their college careers and beyond. We need your help to continue our efforts. We provide free snacks to students so that they don't have to work on an empty stomach as well as tools such as whiteboards to allow for greater visual learning. We would like to further expand our services by purchasing affordable headphones for our center computers, tablets for a quicker check-in process, a program called NetTutor to continue supporting students after-hours, and a scholarship to help our tutors afford textbooks. Your contribution is essential to allowing us to continue our great work. We hope you will consider making a donation to help the students of Ferris State University.
