ONE DAY FOR DAWGS 2024
Ferris State University Black Alumni Association (FSUBAA) fundraising efforts this year will be more impactful for Ferris State students than ever before.
We are raising funds for our endowed scholarship and for the student programming we provide. Programming such as the Welcome Program where all participating students will get a token from FSUBAA with our information on it, to begin the immediate connection.
Another program is our Student Mentoring Program where we help students enhance their interpersonal skills and gain confidence, we provide guidance and encouragement during the academic program, advice on important decisions, and opportunities to make professional contacts.
We also have the Student Roundtable discussion to collectively share and hear from the students and the Multicultural Graduation Celebration where they receive a FSUBAA lapel pin and one year of free membership to the organization.
This year we are overjoyed to have our donations have a direct impact on multiple students as we help to provide tools and techniques for self-regulation, conflict resolution, time management, a growth mindset, coping and communication skills and more
