United We Chalk is Great Rivers United Way's family-friendly, all abilities chalk art competition, back for year two thanks to presenting sponsor artPOP.

Artists are competing for three $200 Peoples' Choice cash prizes (one in each category – Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) while simultaneously raising money for our community, thanks to voters' support! Community members (like you!) are invited to vote for their favorites – $1 = 1 vote.

Due to inclement weather on our scheduled date (Saturday, June 4), United We Chalk is going DIY! Artists worked on their masterpieces on their own through Monday, June 22. Peoples' Choice voting is now 100% online, and is officially open for 48 hours starting Wednesday, June 22, 12:00 p.m., through Friday, June 24, 12:00 p.m. Winners will be announced Friday, June 24, at 2:00 p.m., live on Great Rivers United Way's Facebook page.

All proceeds will benefit Great Rivers United Way's 51 funded programs. For more information, visit the program and partner pages on our website.

About Great Rivers United Way

Great Rivers United Way believes everyone deserves opportunities to have a good life: a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health.

Advancing the common good is less about helping one person at a time and more about changing systems to help all of us. We are all connected and interdependent. We all win when a child succeeds in school, when families are financially stable, and when people are healthy.

Great Rivers United Way works to create long-lasting change in the Coulee Region by addressing the underlying causes of problems facing local people. Living United means being a part of the change. It takes everyone in our community, working together, to create a better future for all.
