Shawna Hale / Rocco Fucillo

Shawna currently manages her family's holdings company that includes White Hall Spirits, Next Level Fitness, J&K Acquisitions, and Glo Spray Tan.  

Shawna is a Marion County native and graduate of Fairmont State University. In addition she also is the West Fairmont Middle School Cheerleading Coach.

In her spare time Shawna enjoys slowing down and having a glass of wine with her husband, Drew.  They have two boys, Jaxon (13), and Kase (10).



Rocco Fucillo, Fairmont native is a graduate from Fairmont State University, WVU Law School, and has an L.L.M.in Trial Advocacy from Temple Law School. He works as a Senior Advisor/Director of State Government Relations at WVU. He has held high level positions in the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources including Cabinet Secretary, Deputy Secretary, General Counsel and Commissioner for the Bureau of Children and Families. Fucillo held the positions of WV Assistant Attorney General, Assistant Prosecutor Attorney of Marion County and, Adjunct Professor at Fairmont State and at WVU Law School. He is a former President of the Fairmont State Alumni Association Board of Directors. He serves on the boards of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce, MRDC and the Leadership Academy Programs. He is the Vice President of the Monongalia County Child Advocacy Center, Chair of Marion Remote and a member of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce Board Executive Committee. He has a black belt in karate and is an instructor at the Mushin Do karate school in Fairmont.


Brooklyn Moran is a 2019 West Virginia University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in dance with an Arts Administrations minor. Brooklyn has been a part of 5th Street Center for Dance for 15+ years where she trained and now teaches. During Brooklyn's college years, she was the WVU Student Dance Association’s Treasure and Lead Instructor for the WVU Summer Dance Academy’s Young Academy. Brooklyn was selected and attended the Governor's School for the Arts in 2013 and Point Parks International Summer Dance Intensive in 2014. She travels to Boulder, Colorado, during the summers where she trains for two and a half weeks and dances with Interweave Dance Theatre. She has done guest work and performed the choreography of Artists such as Doug Varone, Kaitlyn Webster, and Christy Chad McNeil. Brooklyn resides in Morgantown, WV, and continues to share her skills and abilities with the students at 5th St. And serves as not only an instructor but also choreographer and Assistant Artistic Director.
