K9 Mookie is a male German Shepherd that was born in the Netherlands in 2013. For four years he served the people of the State of NY with his handler P.O. Rob Savage to fight terrorism through explosive detection on the largest regional transportation rail system in America, the Long Island Railroad, Metro North Railroad and Staten Island Rapid Transit Rail system. Those transportation facilities spanned 14 counties and some 5000 square miles of NYC, Long Island and southeast Connecticut. K-9 MOOSE (Brand T482) retired on April 8, 2021, at the age of 10 1/2. K-9 MOOSE trained at Auburn University and worked to provide world class security at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, Texas, since 2012. During his career, the MOOSE provided support for special events, such as: (3) NFL Super Bowls, (2) NCAA Conference Final Four Championships, the Papal visit to DC, the DHS Secretary visit at the Texas-Mexico border, as well as assisting multiple Airports and Agencies on numerous occasions. One notable Agency was BORSTAR. The Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue Unit (BORSTAR) is a specialized unit of the United States Border Patrol trained in emergency search and rescue and medical response, to include the Working Dog. Motzi was an explosive detection canine for the Loudoun county sheriffs office VA. during this time she conducted searches for local, state and federal agencies. Muk began his career in San Francisco, CA at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). In San Francisco, Muk was a Passenger Screening Canine (PSC). Muk was trained to locate explosives on people and objects such as buildings, planes, trains and automobiles. His primary focus was the airport but he was utilized numerous times in others areas such as Super Bowls, stadium sweeps, VIP sweeps, public awareness and inaugurations. While in San Francisco, Muk worked Super Bowl 50 at the new Levi Stadium. Shortly after SB 50 we moved from San Francisco, CA to Austin, TX. In Austin, Muk attended many other Super Bowls: LI (Houston, TX), LII (Minneapolis, MN) & LVII (Inglewood, CA); Donald Trump’s Inauguration (Washington. D.C.); helped many airports in need of K-9 assistance such as Las Vegas, Nevada (LAS), Chicago, Illinois (ORD), Dulles, Virginia (IAD), Oakland, California (OAK), San Jose, California (SJC) and San Antonio, Texas (SAT). Murphy was purchased in August 2012 and began k9 school on September 10 2012- January 4 2013. He attended narcotics detection school from January 10, 2015 through March 8, 2015. He was certified through the United States police canine association in patrol, tracking and narcotics detection. He also qualified nationally in patrol as well. Throughout his career he had many criminal apprehensions through tracking and building searches. He also located items through article searches to include evidence from burglaries and firearms from shootings. Muso is from the Netherlands. He worked in the south central part of Pennsylvania as a narcotics K9. Odey X037 is a Hungarian Vizsla and worked as an explosive detection canine for DHS TSA for 7 1/2 years. Odey worked out of San Francisco, Phoenix, Orlando, and San Diego. Odey had an amazing nose for detecting explosives and won over hearts everywhere he went. Odey retired in May 2022 and has been loving his life with his family at home. Odey loves treats and his favorite reward, the yellow ball on a rope. Odey is truly a “Velcro” Vizsla and follows his handler everywhere. K9 Odin was used as a dual purpose dog and had to be retired because the change of Marijuana Laws in the State of New Mexico. Odin served for approx. 2 years for the Alamogordo Police Department. K9 Olga is a nine-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who specialized in Explosive Detection. Olga worked for DHS/TSA at the Lambert International Airport in St. Louis, Missouri. Olga not only provided service for the airport, but the greater St. Louis area. Olga has traveled around the country to work Super Bowls, NFL drafts, and other National events. Since retirement, she likes to spend her days chasing bouncy balls, her squeaky duck, and keeping the backyard free of bunnies. Olive worked for the United States Federal Government as an Explosive Detection Canine for 6.5 years(2016-2023). During her career she performed her Explosive Detection duties throughout the state of Virginia as well as serving posts overseas. In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her two brothers and take walks with mom and dad, lounge on her favorite chair, play with her piggie and hang out with K9 Banzai. Canine Onar was assigned to me as a dual purpose canine from Fall 2016 to Fall of 2023. He was NPCA certified in patrol and explosives. We traveled up and down the state as needed to assist our state and local agencies. K-9 Onar's favorite job to do was conduct tracks, which he excelled in. K-9 Onar has traveled to New Jersey and Pennsylvania both for training and to assist other agencies with K-9 related tasks. K-9 Onar's favorite treats are his Greenies Dental treats. In his down time, K-9 Onar loves to play chuck-it and run up and down the fence with the neighbors dog. Canine Oscar is a retired single purpose narcotics detection canine. Canine Oscar served the South Florida Region with the Broward Sheriffs Office for close to 9 years. Canine Oscar served the regions federal, state, and local partners with successful detection and interdiction of illegal narcotics. After suffering a career ending injury requiring surgery, Oscar now enjoys swimming in the pool and lounging in the sun on the hot South Florida days. Otto worked with me for about 5 years as a dual purpose K9 in Charlotte, NC. Over the course of his career, he had over 100 suspect apprehensions and was a tracking machine. He had a special gift of turning his “switch” on and off. His favorite snack is a cheese stick or a can of Vienna Sausages after a bite. He retired in February 2023 and is about to become a first time father with his girlfriend Ellie (my personal female shepherd).
