Barney was born on March 14, 2012 in the Czech Republic (he's a PI baby) and was transported to the U.S. When he was 10 months old. He began his law enforcement career in April 2013 when he was partnered with Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Master Deputy Chuck Rounds. Barney served the citizens of Loudoun County for 9 + years as a dual purpose canine trained in both patrol functions and narcotics detection. Baron is a german shorthaired pointer who was born in Germany. He was trained at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas at the TSA Canine Program for explosives detection. After graduating canine school, Baron was assigned to his handler who works for the Phoenix Police Transit Unit. In the Transit Unit Baron was responsible for searching trains, buses, vehicles, terminals, warehouses and anything related to the transit environment. He worked in Downtown Phoenix helping keep people safe while going to baseball games, basketball games, concerts and festivals. He worked major events in Phoenix such as the Super Bowl, Final 4, Spring Training games, NBA Finals, 4th of July Celebrations and dignitary protections for current and former presidents. Bbucca(T085) was born on 10/21/2010 in the TSA Puppy Program at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio Texas. She was named after fallen NYFD Fire Marshall Ronald Bucca from the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on 09/11/2001. Bbucca’ s first station was Seattle International Airport where she helped keep the airport safe by screening air cargo, assisted US Secret Service with their missions, along with USCG, CBP and local law enforcement in the Seattle area. Bbucca then finished her service at the Orlando International Airport working at the checkpoint conducting passenger screening in 2019. She is now living a peaceful retirement in Florida soaking up the sun. Bear is a 5 year old Malinois and German Shepherd mix. Prior to retirement he was certified in both Narcotics and Patrol tactics through the state of Ohio. Bear is a 9-year-old GSD who served the citizens of Montgomery County, Maryland for four years. He was born in Slovakia in 2014 and retired from the Montgomery County Police Department in 2019. From the beginning Bear was an amazing partner to his handler, Deb Tupa, easily completing his four-month basic patrol school and, later, his two-month narcotics detector school. Bear had many apprehensions, to include arrests for burglary, felony domestic violence assault, and robbery. Bear also located numerous critical missing individuals during his career, saving the life of two little girls who had fled home in subzero temperatures and were wearing only pajamas. Bear attended many trainings throughout his short career, including a course in high-risk deployments in Erie, PA. Bear loves any and all food, ice cubes, and stealing food from his mom’s two teenage boys when they aren’t paying attention. K9 Beau served the citizens of Harrisburg City, (PA) as a duel purpose K9 from 2013-2022. He worked on the midnight shift, then worked on the Street Crimes Unit. A fierce warrior on the street and (almost) a normal family dog while off-duty. Beau had several apprehensions and assisted in keeping the streets of Harrisburg safe. Bendix was a dual purpose, patrol/narcotic K9 for the Stroud Area Regional Police Dept from 2018 until his retirement in 2023. Bendix was highly instrumental in locating many felony criminal suspects. He also located multiple amounts of illegal narcotics and proceeds from narcotics. Bendix was highly motivated and non-stop throughout his entire career on the street. He loved to scare people when they got to near the car including his fellow officers. He was well known for his bark and could be heard blocks away coming down the road. On August 31, 2023, K9 Bentley, badge number 167, retired after 5-years of service with the Federal Protective Service. He began his service on July 20, 2018, with Explosive Detection Canine Handler Paul Beverly. Billi is the sweetest K9. Billi has ears that are made of velvet. He will run to the closest person after receiving his reward for all the love and attention. Billi started his career at EWR in 2017 and transferred to PHX in 2021. Billi does not like the cold weather or snow and thoroughly enjoys soaking up the sunshine in the valley of the sun. Blaze worked for the Pennsylvania State Police in Troop J and Troop L as a narcotics canine. Blaze has traveled all over the Southeast portion of Pennsylvania answering calls of service. Blaze enjoys hikes for exercise and a good game of fetch with his Kong. When relaxing, Blaze likes to have a Milkbone for a snack. K-9 Bob was born in September 2010 at the Canine Detection Training Center, Auburn University, Anniston, Alabama and underwent training there. Bob and his handler Rick Hoover graduated in October 2012 and they were certified as an EDDT (Explosive Detector Dog Team) through the US Department of Homeland Security. In this capacity, Bob has conducted hundreds if not thousands of searches of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware federal facilities. Bob also provided assistance to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies conducting explosive sweeps for bomb threats called in to schools, churches, stadiums and other venues. Bob has performed many bomb sweeps for high-profile visitors including the President of the United States (past and present), U.S. Cabinet Members and many foreign dignitaries including Pope Francis when he visited Philadelphia in 2015, the Democratic National Convention in 2016 and the NFL Draft in 2017. When Bob is not searching for explosives, he enjoys playing tug with his rope ball and chasing squirrels from “his” yard. Bob is a mainstay for federal agencies during the annual “Take Your Child to Work” day held every year in the federal community and enjoys interacting with the children who attend. He is a remarkable dog, friend and partner. Bob retired from federal service in January 2018 and lives at home with his handler who are both enjoying the good life of retirement! K9 Bob is a 11 year old Golden Retriever born in Germany. Bob was trained as an Explosives Detection Canine and graduated with the Top Dog Award of Class 13-09P at the National Explosives Detection Canine training center at Lackland AFB. K9 Bob served the traveling public as a TSA K9 at La Guardia Airport from 2013 - 2015 and John F. Kennedy International Airport from 2015 - 2019. K9 Body met his best friend/handler in April 2013, and they bonded instantly. Body completed training in August of 2013 then hit the streets as a certified Narcotics/Patrol K9 for the Roanoke County Police Department. K9 Body helped find countless missing children and elderly people. He loved tracking and getting rewarded with his favorite toy. Body retired in 2020 and enjoys being home with his former handler, and mom. He does not enjoy watching her go off to work every day with her new partner. Bomber was born in Poland in 2011. He was fostered until he was of appropriate age and size to be tested for police canine use. Bomber was selected and chosen to utilized for dual purpose (drug & apprehension). Bomber was purchased by Faus Kennels in Elkhart, Indiana and I was first introduced to him in March of 2013. Bomber and his handler completed canine school and worked together for three years for the City of Portage Police Department. Bomber was retired in 2016 as his handler accepted a position with federal government law enforcement.
